Small-scale Commercial Cattle and Beef Business Management Training Batch 2 for Bali and Nusa Tenggara Region
Indonesia Australia Red Meat and Cattle Partnership (RMCP) in collaboration with the Faculty of Animal Science of Mataram University, delivered a Small-scale Commercial Cattle and Beef Business Managemnet Training Batch 2 for Bali and Nusa Tenggara Region. The training was attended by 30 small-scale commercial cattle farm owners from Bali, West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa Tenggara and was held in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara, on 11-16 September 2023. The training provided materials about smallholder business management, simple financial analysis, slaughterhouse hygiene, animal welfare, premium-cut local beef, vacuum packing and invited the partcipants to a site visit.
The training aims to encourage the efficiency and productivity of small-scale commercial businesses, efficient and effective business management and increased business profitability through various business development strategies and business models to help advance the cattle breeding sector in Indonesia.
